Return and Refund Policy

Veda Harvest is committed to making your online experience as hassle-free and satisfying as possible. If you’re unsatisfied with our products, simply return the unused/unopened items within 5 days after receiving your order, along with the invoice, under our return and refund policy. After receiving the parcel and completing the necessary inquiries, we will refund the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For International Customers:
Please check the Return and Refund Policy for your country for any restrictions, duties, and taxes that may apply. Shipping costs are not refundable, especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs authorities or due to a failed delivery attempt. If the package is returned, all other costs are refundable except for shipping, customs duties, and handling charges. If customs authorities seize or confiscate your order and do not return it to Veda Harvest, a refund will not be possible.

For Indian Customers:
We can refund payment for your ordered product(s) only if they are successfully returned within 5 days from the date of receiving the order. Please note that refunds will not be issued for products that are returned in damaged condition.

In cases where the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failure to collect, you will have the option to have the parcel resent. Standard shipping charges will apply for resending the parcel. If you request a refund instead, Veda Harvest  will inspect the parcel to ensure there is no damage, and if no damage is found, you will be refunded.

Note: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. In such cases, refunds will be processed and credited through the same payment method within 5-7 working days.
