Veda Harvest – Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery for Indian customers.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Include a copy of the invoice.
• Refund applies to product price only; shipping is non-refundable.
• Damaged returns will not be eligible for refund.

Return Method
Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@vedaharvest.com. Customers are required to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Return Cost
Return shipping is free (if applicable) or will be borne by the customer (specify your real policy here).

Refund Timeframe
Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

For International Customers:
Please check the Return and Refund Policy for your country for any restrictions, duties, and taxes that may apply. Shipping costs are not refundable, especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs authorities or due to a failed delivery attempt. If the package is returned, all other costs are refundable except for shipping, customs duties, and handling charges. If customs authorities seize or confiscate your order and do not return it to Veda Harvest, a refund will not be possible.
